Scott Ralston

Michaela has been on my team since 2019 and is licensed in Home, Auto, and Life insurance. She embodies the Good Neighbor mentality with her excellent customer service and friendly, warm attitude. Outside of the office she enjoys volunteering at her local animal shelter, hiking and reading a good book!

Nicole has been with Scott Ralston State Farm since 2020 and is licensed in Home & Auto Insurance. With her amiable customer service, she works diligently to ensure all your insurance needs are met. On her free time, she enjoys hiking and doing Zumba workouts!

Suzie has been a member of my office since 2011 and is licensed in Home and Auto. She enjoys working with our customers and provides them with exceptional service. Suzie is originally from Korea and speaks both Korean and English flawlessly. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her two boys and attending their activities.

Deirdre (aka Dee) is the newest team member in the office and is licensed in Home and Auto insurance. She brings her fun, upbeat personality to the office everyday. She works hard to build memorable relationships with our customers. When she’s not in the office she really enjoys cooking for her friends and family and attending her local karaoke night.

Carole has been with Scott’s office since 2016 but was raised in her Dad’s State Farm Insurance business so she has served State Farm customers for many, many years. She enjoys helping customers understand their insurance and making sure they are protected. When she’s off work, Carole enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her two grandsons, taking RV trips, and singing in her church’s choir.
